Starters (all served with bread/oatcakes)
Choice of Homemade Soups
Terrine of Chicken Livers studded with potato wrapped in Parma ham with a pistachio dressing
Roast breast of Wood Pigeon with caramelised onion, Madeira and thyme reduction
Warm Tartlet of Woodland mushrooms with a sherry sauce
Hand-dived Scallops seared with a watercress salad, smoked bacon and garlic butter

Main Courses
Pan-fried Breast of Duck with crushed peppercorns, honey and Pak choi
Local Saddle of Argyllshire Venison resting on a potato cake enhanced with a delicate chocolate sauce
Grilled Fillet of Sea-bass with carrot pappardelle, grilled fennel, dill and mustard dressed
cucumber and tomato essence
Supreme of Guinea Fowl with smoked cheese mousseline, potato rosti and sweet pepper coulis
Scottish Fillet of Beef with an onion marmalade, Stornaway blackpudding and beef jus
